For over 18 years (L’chaim!) I have photographed bar and bat mitzvah celebrations across the Twin Cities. I have also celebrated my own son (in 2008) and daughter’s (in 2005) b’nei mitzvot. I consider myself as having great expertise in this area of photography and life. :)
My bar and bat mitzvah photography is unique because I blend my love of Torah, avodah (worship) and gemilut chasidim (acts of loving kindness) with my love of photography, capturing photographs with a Jewish lens. I have an intimate and personal knowledge of the best shots, poses and moments of the bar and bat mitzvah celebration- from the images in the sanctuary to the luncheon and party photos.
I like to think of my bar and bat mitzvah photography as my bread and butter, or should I call it my challah and baba ganoush?! :)
